With a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a focus on Management, Debbie brings over 28 years of experience in state government, where she served as Director of Audit and Compliance. In this role, she managed five divisions and led a team of 2,500 employees, demonstrating exceptional leadership and expertise in oversight, compliance, and transaction management.

As an approved course provider by the Department of Regulatory Agencies - Division of Real Estate, Debbie is committed to upholding the highest standards in the real estate industry. Her transition into real estate has been seamless, thanks to her deep understanding of regulations and her dedication to educating and empowering clients.
